Terms and Conditions – q98com Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

By accessing, registering with, or using the q98com platform available at q98com.app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and q98com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the q98com platform. Continued use of q98com following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically, particularly before making significant deposits or claiming bonus offers.

To open and maintain a q98com account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery function rather than creating a second account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at q98com's sole discretion, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Your q98com account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any security PIN or two-factor authentication method you have enabled. q98com will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify the q98com support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised. You can reach support at any time via live chat on the platform.

q98com reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious activity including unusual betting patterns, suspected bonus abuse, or evidence of coordinated play
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction
• A court order or regulatory direction requiring closure

In the event of account closure, q98com will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account, net of any bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements, provided no fraud or breach of Terms is established.

All deposits to your q98com account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

q98com does not charge players any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your bank or digital wallet provider before depositing.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment source in your own name. q98com will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% deposit match up to Rs 50,000 on your first deposit. Available to new accounts only. One welcome bonus per household, device and IP address.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a 10x wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: All sports betting markets and all slots contribute 100% to the wagering requirement. Live casino games contribute 10%. Some games may be excluded entirely — refer to the individual promotion page for the full list.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on q98com:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where the cash-out feature is available and you choose to exercise it.
• The minimum single bet across most sportsbook markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event tier and your account type. VIP members have access to higher maximum limits.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical fault — q98com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet continues with the remaining selections at the recalculated combined odds.

All casino and slot games available on q98com are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. The RTP figures published on q98com for each game are the real, unmodified figures provided by the game studio.

• Casino and slot results are determined by the RNG at the moment each game action is completed. Previous results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, q98com's system will complete the round using the result generated at the time of disconnection. Any winnings from that round will be credited to your balance when you reconnect.

• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to create or operate an account
